Simple steps for accurate sizing
Use a soft tape close to the body over light clothing. Keep it level and snug, not tight. Measure twice for accuracy.
- Girls and women measure bust at the fullest point, waist at the narrowest point, and hips at the widest point. Strap feel can vary with torso length.
- Boys and men measure waist at the natural line and hips at the widest point. Use waist and hip match on the chart for jammers.
- Between sizes choose the hip match first for kneeskin, and waist or hips for jammers.
