Prices
All our prices listed in this catalogue include VAT at the current rate where applicable but exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. For free shipping, the threshold to trigger this is £40.00. Special delivery within the UK is charged at £7.50. All UK special delivery packages are guaranteed the next day providing we receive your order before 12 pm, the product is in stock, and the next day is a working day (Mon-Fri). It will require a signature on delivery. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Saturday delivery is available for £12.50, orders must be placed before Friday 12 pm.
Please note: Whilst we are happy to ship worldwide, shoppers should be aware that they are responsible for the payment if applicable of any customs duty charges applied by the receiving customs authorities.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed through our partner OPAYO (formerly Sage Pay) who accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
Voucher / Discount Codes
A maximum of one discount/voucher code can be applied per transaction. Enter the code in the 'Discount Codes' box on the view cart screen.
Returns
All goods that are returned must be accompanied by a list of items, invoice number or account number to which they were supplied. A certificate of posting must be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge by the post office. Credit for lost returns will not be given unless a certificate of posting is obtained.
The cancellation notification period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery, you must include all original packaging, tags and hygiene stickers.
Correct Suit Sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly measure the wearer and to check the manufacturer’s size guide, provided on the Ness website. We are available to advise on sizing, but they cannot see the swimmer, or how the measurements are taken, so we do not bear any responsibility for the suit being the incorrect size. It is the customer’s total responsibility for the size ordered. Swimwear sizing can vary between manufacturers, which is why suits can be returned for a free exchange, to ensure customers can get the correct fit. UK only
Garment Care
It must be appreciated that Lycra is a delicate material and life is very limited in Chlorinated water. The Strength of chemicals will vary from pool to pool and even on the same day. The garment should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use as chlorine continues to affect the Lycra when left in your sports bag or towel. Do not machine wash or tumble dry since some detergents also attack Lycra®. Sitting on rough poolside surfaces will also ruin the material. For longer life, we suggest a Nylon or polyester suit.
Dry away from direct sunlight and do not use radiators or tumble dryers. Doing the above care will prolong the life of your suit.
Racing fabric is for racing only, if you use it for warm-up, the suit will not last long and lose its tightness very quickly.
Warranty
Ness works in conjunction with our manufacturers, our manufacturers want to be informed of any products deemed to be faulty; therefore all items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Once the manufacturer has agreed that the product is faulty, then the item can be replaced or credited. We will endeavour to process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales. However, if the item is deemed to be defective, due to the customer handling or fair wear and tear, then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund issued. If you receive a faulty item, you have a short-term right to reject the goods within 30 days of delivery. Further to this, you have the right to a replacement or repair within 6 months of purchase, or a refund if the replacement is inadequate. Please note we can only replace items with the same product and size as originally purchased.
We reserve the right to determine normal wear and tear. As a guideline, this requires customers to follow race suit care and take responsible care of the suit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

NESS swimwear is a registered trade mark of and used under license from North East Swim Supplies Ltd.
You are not permitted to use our trademark without our approval.

15% Back In January Loyalty Offer - 19/11/24 to 19/12/24 Any orders made during the promotion time will receive a sticker on their invoice with a discount code that is valid from 01/01/25 to 31/01/25 inclusive. The promotion code can be used on all full-priced items only and excludes race suits.
Extended Returns for Christmas - 01/11/24 to 24/12/24 Orders made during this time window qualify for an extended returns window, which is open until 31st January 2025 inclusive.
