Postage & Packaging
Postage & Packing rates are as follows:
Orders Under £40
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £2.50
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £3.50
- Special Delivery (Next day guaranteed delivery, excludes Sunday) - £7.50
- Large and heavy items or multiple-item orders may be sent with a courier.
Orders Over £40
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - FREE
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.50
- Special Delivery (Next day guaranteed delivery, excludes Sunday) - £7.50
- Large and heavy items or multiple-item orders may be sent with a courier.
All orders are tracked, and you will receive notification/status updates and a tracking number you can use to check the progress.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery, we will make every effort to resolve this issue as soon as we can, however, it can take up to 16 days for deliveries in the UK and up to 30 for overseas orders due to Royal Mail and other couriers "missing" delivery policy.
We ask You to take appropriate steps to contact Your local Royal Mail, or courier centre to confirm your order is not waiting to be picked up.
Next-Day Delivery (Special Delivery)
Next-day delivery (Special Delivery) is only available on orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday. If your items are out of stock we will contact you immediately. This service includes Saturday delivery but any orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will not be posted until Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All large and heavy parcels are delivered by Royal Mail 48 or by a courier.
All prices are listed in UK Pounds Sterling, and include VAT at the current rate of 20% (except for items listed as Junior products, on which VAT is not charged). Ness Swimwear reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
Click & Collect
The Click & Collect option allows you to collect your order directly from the store, there is no charge for this service.
Please allow some time for staff to get your order ready, please wait for a text message/email or call ahead. Please bring order details with you, you can print them off or show them on your phone.
We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready to collect the same day, however this may not always be possible. If any item on your order is found to be out of stock, we will contact you ASAP and offer alternatives or a refund.
International Orders
Shipping for International orders is based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout when you enter your address.
Returns
Returns Policy
All products sold on this site are authentic, top quality brands. Every order is hand-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets the highest standard.
If you are unhappy with your goods or they are defective, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please note: returns are made at your own cost and postage will not be refunded.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days.
- Items must be unworn and complete with all original labels, tags, hygiene strips and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of water bottles, nose clips, or earplugs.
Packaging & Proof of Postage:
- Goods must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Request a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning items.
- Orders over £48 should be returned using tracked shipping with extra insurance.
Exchanges:
- UK size exchanges are sent out via tracked 48 class post, or you can upgrade to next day delivery at your cost
- Overseas orders will incur a charge for size exchanges
