The Arena Vortex Evolution Hand Paddle (Pink) are for high-level swimmers wanting an intense swim workout. They stop the natural flow of water through your fingers as you swim, creating more resistance and working the muscles in your back, chest, arms and shoulders building your upper body strength. You can use these hand paddles to become stronger and more powerful in the water.
The Arena hand paddles feature a unique hand mould with a natural hand position and a comfortable grip. There are several strap positions making them easy to use and wear. It means they can be used for prolonged, intense workouts comfortably, allowing you to use your natural swim stroke as if you were swimming with bear hands.
