The Arena Elite Finger Paddle is a training aid that you wear on your fingers to help improve your hand action during the swim stroke.
It is a small paddle that will help improve your "catch phase" that follows extension on all four swim strokes - Freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke.
