The Amanzi Spearmint Hand Paddles are designed to help you build strength speed and power by increasing resistance through the water. The large surface area encourages a stronger pull while maintaining control and feel during every stroke.
The flat paddle shape supports effective catch and pull technique while strategically placed flow holes allow you to feel the natural movement of the water. Raised pads on the palm guide your hand into a natural position for improved awareness and connection. Multiple strap positions allow you to adjust the fit to suit your experience level. Supplied with jet silicone straps and a black mesh carry bag these paddles are ideal for regular swim training.
