The TYR Catalyst Stroke Training Paddles have been made for swimmers to build their upper body strength and improve their stroke technique. You can use them for training at every level and follow the form of your palm for a natural swim experience. Using the paddles will help you build strength, perfect technique and asses proper hand positioning.
The training paddle is made with a durable k-resin construction with multiple gridded lacing options.
