About the Arena Powerskin Air 3 men's jammer

The Arena Powerskin Air 3 men's jammer is made for swimmers who want a light, flexible racing jammer with comfortable compression. It is a good option if you liked the Carbon Air 2 jammer, but want Arena's newer Air 3 construction with added support through the legs and core.

Our fitting tip: for most male swimmers, we expect the Arena Powerskin Air 3 jammer to fit best one size down from your waist measurement. For example, if your waist measures around 30 inches, you would usually start by looking at a UK 28. If you are unsure, send us your waist and hip measurements before ordering.

Arena Powerskin Air 3 mens size guide

Use your waist and hip measurements as the starting point. A racing jammer should feel tight and supportive, but you should still be able to move, kick and sit into your racing position without discomfort.
