The Maru Pull Buoy - Pink/Lime/White has been created to help swimmers improve their upper body strength. It has a lightweight rounded design for comfort while you use it during training. Training with the pull buoy increases resistance and reduces kick propulsion, so you have to concentrate on your arm strength and stroke technique.
