The Finis ISO paddles have been designed for competitive swimmers. You can use them to isolate different muscle groups, while also helping you to develop proper hand position and stroke awareness. The paddles create an imbalance in the catch-phase of a stroke, encouraging you to pay increased attention to hand position in the water.

Strapless Isolation Paddles

The strapless paddles help further develop your stroke technique as a swimmer needs to concentrate harder.

Available in Small and Medium Sizes the paddles can be used in different positions to target specific muscle groups, and the versatile tool can be used on all four swim strokes. Outside Isolation: backstroke & freestyle Inside Isolation: breaststroke & butterfly.
