The FINIS Forearm Fulcrums Jr Paddles have been designed to develop an early vertical forearm technique for all four strokes. Using it can help to improve the technique and strength of your pull. This size is ideal for younger swimmers, teens and petite women. They measure just under 11″ from end to end.
An early vertical forearm position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, from finger tips to elbow. The forearm fulcrums promote stroke refinement through muscle memory of proper hand, wrist and forearm position. Improving your efficiency to maintain a strong, uninterupted pull from the beginning of the stroke to the end.
