The Arena Freeflow Pullbuoy II has been designed to improve your upper-body strength, endurance and stroke technique. It features a hydrodynamic '8' shape that reduces friction, won't slow you down and helps to improve your body position in the water. The training tool is designed for every level of swimmer and is made with lightweight, soft foam (PVC-free) for optimal comfort. To use the pull buoy you place it between your thighs or ankles to provide buoyancy for a focused workout.
