Choose from our range of Kickboards and Pull Buoys. There are a selection of training accessories available for you to choose from. You can use a Kickboard to isolate your legs. Or a Pull Buoy to isolate your arms and make targeted strength and power gains. 

We would suggest choosing a Kickboard with hand holes for younger swimmers, which can be more comfortable to use for prolonged swim sessions.
