Prices
All prices are listed in UK Pounds Sterling, and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% (except for items listed as Junior products, on which VAT is not charged). Ness Swimwear reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
Returns
All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods or they are defective we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days, unworn, complete with all original labels, tags, hygiene strip & packaging . Please be sure to contact us before returning your items.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also be sure to request a certificate of posting from the post office (these are issued free of charge) just in case any problems should arise with your return.
