Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery)
Next day delivery (Special Delivery) is only available on orders placed before 12PM when the items being ordered are in stock. If your items are out of stock we will contact you immediately. We also cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders taken after 12PM on FRIDAY these will be posted on MONDAY.
All prices are listed in UK Pounds Sterling, and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% (except for items listed as Junior products, on which VAT is not charged). Ness Swimwear reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
International Orders
Shipping for International orders is based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout when you enter your address.
Fabric Care
It must be appreciated that Lycra is a delicate material and the life is very limited in Chlorinated water. The Strength of chemicals will vary from pool to pool and even on the same day. The garment should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use as chlorine continues to affect the Lycra when left in your sports bag or towel. Do not machine wash or tumble dry since some detergents also attack Lycra®. Sitting on rough pool side surfaces will also ruin the material. For longer life we suggest a Nylon or polyester suit.
Returns
All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard. However, if you are unhappy with your goods or they are defective we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days, unworn, complete with all original labels, tags, hygiene strip & packaging . Please be sure to contact us before returning your items.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also be sure to request a certificate of posting from the post office (these are issued free of charge) just in case any problems should arise with your return.
